These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the GlowMe iOS app and related services (the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using GlowMe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Your use of GlowMe is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple EULA"). To the extent these Terms conflict with the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA controls with respect to your license to use the app obtained through the App Store.

GlowMe is an iOS app that uses AI to rate facial and body aesthetics, generate glow-up routines, and help you track progress over time. Features may include AI trait ratings, glow scores, personalized daily plans, optional My Future preview images, daily check-in missions, streaks, and a progress scrapbook.
GlowMe does not require an account or login. The app stores your data locally on your device. GlowMe operates no server and no database — we do not receive, store, retain, or sell your photos, face data, scores, or results on our systems. When you use AI features, your photo is processed transiently by third-party AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old to use GlowMe. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Certain features require GlowMe Pro, an auto-renewable subscription offered in the App Store.
You agree to use GlowMe lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any photo you submit, including photos of other people, and that your use complies with applicable law.
When you choose to scan, GlowMe accesses your camera or photo library only to run on-device AI features (trait ratings, glow scores, personalized plans, and optional My Future previews). Scan results are generated using OpenAI (gpt-4o-mini). Optional My Future images are generated using Google Gemini (gemini-2.5-flash-image). These providers process your photo only to return a result.
GlowMe stores no user data on its servers. Photos, scores, plans, scrapbook entries, and other app data remain on your device until you delete them. We do not sell your personal information. Full details are in our Privacy Policy, including the dedicated Face Data and Photos section.
AI ratings, scores, and generated images are automated outputs. They may be imperfect or subjective. You retain rights in photos you submit. You grant GlowMe and its AI providers a limited, temporary license to process your submitted photo solely to operate the feature you request.
GlowMe is a cosmetic, self-improvement, and entertainment tool. AI ratings, glow scores, plans, and My Future images are not medical, dermatological, nutritional, psychological, or professional advice. They are not clinical assessments, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Do not rely on GlowMe for health decisions. Consult qualified professionals for medical or wellness concerns.
The Service — including software, branding, interface design, and content we provide (excluding your photos and user-generated content) — is owned by GlowMe or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that AI outputs will meet your expectations. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GlowMe and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for GlowMe Pro in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You may stop using GlowMe at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or discontinue the Service, or restrict access, if you violate these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and may also be presented in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
