Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GlowMe mobile app and related services (the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using GlowMe, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

GlowMe is an AI glow-up companion app that provides honest AI ratings of facial and body traits, personalized daily plans, My Future transformation images, daily check-in missions, and progress tracking.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GlowMe. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account and Access

GlowMe may be used without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

4. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing (App Store)

• Paid features are offered as auto-renewable subscriptions (Yearly at $34.99/year and Weekly at $7.99/week).
• Payments are billed by Apple through your Apple ID account. We do not receive your full payment card details.
• If you start a free trial, billing begins when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple, typically through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Use of the app is also subject to Apple's standard EULA where applicable: Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, without limitation:

• violating any law or third-party rights;
• attempting to reverse engineer or interfere with app security or functionality;
• using the app to harass, defame, impersonate, or otherwise harm others;
• uploading or generating illegal, abusive, or non-consented content.

6. Photo Content and AI Outputs

• GlowMe processes your photos to provide trait ratings, glow scores, personalized plans, and My Future transformation images.
• You retain rights in content you submit, and grant us a limited license to process it only to operate and improve the Service for you.
• AI ratings, scores, and generated images are automated and may be imperfect. They are for entertainment and self-improvement purposes and should not be taken as professional advice.
• The AI rejects non-face and ambiguous images and returns an error rather than generating a fake score.

7. Data Minimization Statement

GlowMe is built to collect as little personal data as possible while still providing core functionality. We do not sell personal data and do not run third-party ad tracking across apps.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, branding, interface design, and app content (excluding your content), is owned by GlowMe or its licensors and protected by law.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates legal, security, or abuse risk.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." GlowMe is a self-improvement and entertainment tool and not a medical, dermatological, or professional advisory service. AI scores are not clinical assessments.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, GlowMe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material updates will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date and may also be presented in-app.
